About Our Attorney Referral Program

Under California law, attorneys are permitted to pay a referral fee to another attorney who refers a client for representation.* Because of our firm's reputation as experienced and aggressive litigators, Berman & Riedel, LLP, receives many of its personal injury and wrongful death cases as referrals from other practicing attorneys. In these situations, Berman & Riedel, LLP has paid generous referral fees in accordance with California guidelines to the referring attorneys.
